We’re hiring a Senior Sales Commission Analyst to play a key role in how we scale by translating compensation plans into systems that are accurate, automated, and easy to use. In this role, you will own and evolve our incentive compensation platform (CaptivateIQ), while partnering closely with Sales, Finance, and RevOps to ensure payouts are correct, data flows seamlessly, and reporting is accessible across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building and improving systems, working through complex problems, and seeing the direct impact of their work on the business. StackAdapt is a remote-first company and we are open to candidates located anywhere in Canada for this position.
