About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Coordinator with experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles. Experience in construction, manufacturing, or related industries is a plus. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency with office software and CRM systems, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while prioritizing effectively. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional coursework or certification in business administration or related fields is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate, timely quotes for products and services based on customer requirements and established pricing guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure quotes reflect correct specifications, quantities, and pricing.
  • Follow up with customers regarding pending quotes and address any questions or adjustments.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and handling concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain positive, ongoing relationships with customers to ensure needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Process orders, monitor order status, and provide timely updates to customers.
  • Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, directing inquiries as needed.
  • Provide customers and potential clients with information about products, services, and order updates.
  • Adhere to established sales processes to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling inquiries, processing orders, and managing customer relationships.
  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as maintaining accurate records and updating CRM systems.
  • Support project management activities by tracking milestones, coordinating with internal teams, and helping ensure timely delivery of products.
