Responsibilities

  • Make 75+ outbound calls per day to marketing-provided leads
  • Process inbound calls and customer chats with professional service
  • Engage with IT decision makers in medium/large businesses
  • Conduct BANT qualification discussions to identify prospect needs
  • Develop and deliver tailored value propositions and elevator pitches
  • Maintain follow-up touches via email and social media channels
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and the sales team
  • Execute warm hand-offs to sales representatives for seamless transitions
  • Track activity metrics to ensure funnel progression and productivity
  • Route inquiries to appropriate departments as needed
