Are you interested in knowing more about us? Keep reading… TXOne provides OT-focused cybersecurity solutions specifically designed to protect Industrial Control Systems (ICS) from cyberattacks. ICS are complex ecosystems where legacy and next-generation devices work together to keep highly automated production processes moving. However, this complex infrastructure is easily exploitable. ICS vulnerabilities are being attacked in ever-increasing numbers and cyber-attacks are spreading rapidly, disrupting production, damaging assets, and putting lives at risk. TXOne provides solutions to secure environments at both the endpoint and network level to protect operations against known and unknown threats. As a Sales Development Representative at TXOne Networks, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our cybersecurity solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, inside sales, or a similar customer-facing role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive, results-driven mindset with a hunter mentality
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to clearly communicate the value of complex or technical solutions
  • Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools preferred
  • Fast learner with genuine curiosity and interest in cybersecurity and new technologies
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and deliver BANT-qualified opportunities to the sales team in alignment with revenue goals.
  • Conduct daily outbound prospecting activities, including ~30 calls per day, along with email and LinkedIn outreach
  • Respond to inbound leads and marketing campaign engagement
  • Qualify prospects and own the early stages of the sales cycle, setting meetings for Account Executives
  • Research target industries, accounts, and buyer personas to identify key decision-makers
  • Educate prospects on TXOne’s OT-focused cybersecurity solutions and their business impact
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing on campaign follow-up and lead nurturing
  • Partner with Account Executives and Channel teams on account planning and strategic outreach
  • Maintain accurate, detailed activity and lead records in Salesforce and other sales tools
  • Stay current on OT cybersecurity trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback
  • Share insights from prospect interactions to help improve messaging and go-to-market strategy
