About The Position

This role exists because that momentum is accelerating and we want to build the outbound engine that supports it. What You’ll Do You will help create pipeline from the ground up. That means real outreach and real conversations. You will talk to owners and operators who run mission critical businesses and care deeply about their customers. Your job is to earn attention, build trust quickly, and open the door to the right next conversation. This is not a scripted SDR role. There is no rigid playbook yet. You will help shape it. You will work closely with Account Executives and leadership. You will help refine messaging, targeting, and sequencing. You will be measured by impact, not activity. Meetings booked. Pipeline created. Quality conversations with the right buyers. This is an on site role in New York City for someone who enjoys being close to the team, close to the work, and excited to grow fast.

Requirements

  • have one to three years of B2B SaaS sales experience and have done outbound before.
  • enjoy talking to people and can think on your feet.
  • You adjust your approach in real time and stay curious in conversations.
  • care about doing the work well, not just checking boxes or hitting activity targets.
  • want to be early at a company that is clearly working and growing.

Responsibilities

  • Generate pipeline through outbound calls, email, and LinkedIn
  • Make 20 to 30 or more cold calls per day and turn conversations into qualified meetings
  • Research accounts and identify owners, operators, and executive decision makers
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads with clear judgment
  • Book high quality meetings for Account Executives
  • Navigate early objections and complex buying dynamics
  • Keep CRM data clean and accurate
  • Collaborate with AEs to improve messaging and targeting
  • Help build outbound playbooks and best practices as the team scales
