We are looking for a sharp, motivated Inbound Sales Development Representative to join our National Call Center team. This is not a spray-and-pray dialing role. Your job is to have real conversations with homeowners who have already raised their hand, understand what they need, and book the right appointments for our field sales teams. You will be the first real human interaction many customers have with our brand. That means your conversations matter. Quality matters. Judgment matters. The goal is simple: set solid, well-qualified appointments that convert. You will work onsite in Phoenix, AZ and report directly to Matt Horne.
