About The Position

Sandisk is seeking a Sales Director to lead the North America business across Online Retail, with a primary focus on Amazon. This leader will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding Sandisk’s presence across digital retail platforms and strengthening strategic partnerships with key online customers. The role requires strong commercial leadership, deep understanding of the e commerce ecosystem and the ability to manage complex digital retail dynamics including pricing transparency, promotional cadence and online marketplace competition. The Sales Director will lead a team responsible for strategic online accounts and will work closely with cross functional teams including marketing, supply chain, pricing and digital commerce to execute Sandisk’s online go to market strategy. This role reports to the Senior Director of Sales for the Americas.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of sales experience in consumer electronics, consumer packaged goods (CPG) or adjacent consumer categories.
  • Proven experience managing major e commerce accounts, particularly Amazon.
  • Deep understanding of online retail dynamics including marketplace models, digital merchandising and promotional strategies.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance revenue growth with profitability.
  • Experience leading and developing high performing sales teams.
  • Experience managing P&L responsibility and promotional planning within Amazon retail or marketplace environments.
  • Track record of building and expanding strategic digital retail partnerships.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

  • Own the commercial strategy and revenue performance across Online Retail and E commerce channels in North America.
  • Lead executive relationships with key online partners including Amazon and other major digital retailers.
  • Drive joint business planning with customers including assortment strategy, digital merchandising, promotional planning and marketing programs.
  • Expand Sandisk’s share across priority categories including SSD, portable storage, memory cards and USB.
  • Manage pricing strategy and promotional cadence across online retailers while maintaining alignment with overall channel strategy.
  • Navigate marketplace dynamics including third party sellers, pricing transparency and competitive online positioning.
  • Monitor competitive activity across key competitors including Samsung, Kingston, Lexar and PNY and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Lead and develop a team of account managers responsible for strategic online accounts.
  • Ensure alignment between demand generation, inventory availability and promotional execution.
  • Partner with internal marketing and digital commerce teams to optimize content, search visibility and online conversion.
