Location : Remote/ Travel/ USA SAP GTM & Alliance Leadership • Own and execute the Americas SAP go-to-market strategy. • Build and maintain trusted relationships with SAP field sales, alliance leadership, and solution teams. • Drive joint pipeline creation through co-sell, co-innovate, and partner-led motions. • Align offerings and value propositions to SAP priorities including S/4HANA, RISE, BTP, and Industry Cloud. • Represent the SAP practice in executive-level SAP and client engagements. Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth • Drive pipeline creation, deal qualification, and revenue conversion across strategic accounts and new logos. • Partner with regional and industry sales leaders to embed SAP into account strategies. • Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing SAP sales team. • Own forecast accuracy, pipeline health, and growth metrics. Pre-Sales & Deal Execution • Lead complex SAP pursuits including solution strategy, deal shaping, and executive positioning. • Sponsor client workshops, executive briefings, and SAP-joint customer engagements. • Ensure disciplined pursuit execution using repeatable assets, use cases, and accelerators. Industry & Client Engagement • Tailor SAP solutions to industry-specific business outcomes. • Engage directly with C-suite and senior client executives to drive SAP-enabled transformation programs. • Expand footprint within existing accounts through cross-sell and up-sell motions. Offering & Delivery Alignment • Partner with delivery and solution teams to align market demand with execution capability. • Identify capability gaps and influence investment priorities to strengthen competitiveness. • Ensure alignment between sales commitments and delivery outcomes.
