The Sales Director will lead a team of Sales Managers responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base nationwide. They will develop and implement effective sales strategies to optimize revenue opportunities from both existing CB customers and new prospects, focusing on our comprehensive suite of network solutions and managed services. The Sales Director will also build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service and support. The Sales Director is responsible for maintaining a fully staffed Sales Team across the Rhode Island, Connecticut and Cleveland Ohio markets. Sales Director is responsible for leading all Outside Sales functions to achieve Sales and Revenue growth Targets for the Northeast Region. Responsibilities include customer retention, customer acquisition and community advocacy. You will have a proven track record of achieving strong sales results in a dynamic environment.
