This position is a full-time exempt position located in McHenry, IL. The pay for the position is $105,000 - $115,000 per year along with bonus potential. We offer a hybrid work schedule with 3 days in the office (Monday, Tuesday & Thursday) and 2 remote days (Wednesday & Friday). We will consider remote for the right individual. Position Overview: The Sales Enablement & Training Manager is responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving onboarding, training, and enablement programs that accelerate sales readiness and performance. This role partners closely with Sales Leadership, Product, Marketing, and pillar leaders to ensure sales teams are equipped with the knowledge, skills, tools, and messaging needed to succeed across all segments. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of sales processes and customer engagement, paired with the ability to translate strategy into practical, role specific training. This role plays a critical part in improving time to productivity, driving consistent execution across territories, and upskilling sales representatives through targeted coaching, reinforcement, and data driven enablement initiatives.
