Job Summary: This role is responsible for delivering and managing sales enablement programs and training to improve seller effectiveness, productivity, and engagement. This person will establish and maintain strong working relationships with general management, sales, product management, and marketing leaders to evaluate and understand our training needs and develop effective tools and content to onboard new members of our commercial teams and enhance Belden’s Solution Selling capability.
