About The Position

Asher Med is seeking a Sales Implementation Specialist to guide partners through the Momentum stage of the Partner Checkpoint System. This role is responsible for helping partners successfully sell and fulfill their offer so they can achieve their first five orders as quickly as possible. This is not a theoretical sales role. Momentum is focused on execution—helping partners convert interest into real revenue. You will work directly with partners in leveraged environments (group calls, community, and messaging platforms) to ensure they can confidently present their offer, handle conversations, and process orders. The ideal candidate is confident in sales fundamentals, comfortable leading groups, and able to help non-salespeople take action quickly and effectively.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of sales fundamentals, objection handling, and customer decision-making
  • Ability to simplify and teach sales processes to individuals with little to no sales experience Experience leading calls, trainings, or group environments
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to guide conversations clearly and confidently
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple partners simultaneously
  • Experience with CRM systems (GoHighLevel preferred) and pipeline tracking
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns and friction points in sales performance
  • Ownership mentality with a focus on outcomes, not just task completion

  • Experience in sales, coaching, implementation, or client success roles is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own the Momentum stage of the Partner Checkpoint System and guide partners from launch readiness to revenue generation
  • Teach partners how to confidently present their offer and communicate with patients
  • Help partners handle questions and objections during the sales process
  • Guide partners through the Sales Mastery Path and ensure proper execution
  • Host group completion calls to validate readiness and prepare partners for active selling
  • Lead live Q&A sessions to support partners and troubleshoot real sales and fulfillment scenarios
  • Support partners inside community platforms and messaging channels to remove friction in the sales process
  • Maintain accurate visibility of all partners within the Momentum stage using GoHighLevel
  • Track partner progress toward first orders and activation milestones
  • Identify bottlenecks in sales conversations, confidence, or fulfillment processes and report trends to leadership
  • Recommend improvements to systems, scripts, and training to increase partner success
  • Facilitate clean handoffs to the Growth Implementation Specialist once partners generate consistent orders
