Learn more about PadSplit here The Role We Need: PadSplit is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of our top-of-funnel sales operations, with a primary focus on supporting the SDR team. This role is responsible for improving lead management, attribution, and execution, while translating SDR productivity into measurable pipeline and revenue impact. By analyzing data, streamlining workflows, and providing clear visibility across lead sources and individual contributors, the analyst enables the sales organization to scale efficiently and drive sustainable revenue growth.
