The team leverages adaptive leadership principles to drive large-scale change and transform business models across SME&C (Small, Medium Enterprises & Channel), Digital Natives & ISVs (Independent Software Vendors), Education, Public Sector, Health and Life Sciences and other industry-specific customer segments. Sales Operations Excellence will work with Customer advocacy leads to track and understand business and program performance across strategic customer segments and industries. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 1+ year(s) experience in business consulting, sales, sales operations, information technology (IT) account management, business development, marketing, IT field sales, or a related field OR equivalent experience.
  • 1+ year(s) experience in in Near Term Strategy (1 years out), Management Consulting, or Finance.
  • 2+ years experience in sales, sales operations/management, account management, program management, business development, marketing, consulting, or a related field

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field AND 3+ years of marketing, strategy, sales, program management, project management, business planning, consulting, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience OR equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • With minimal assistance, advises segment leads or partners, or collaborates with peers to develop segment strategy for segmentation, territory planning and quota setting.
  • Aligns with Business and Sales Operations (BSO) on quota distribution strategy and timeline for the Area.
  • Participates in sales leader and manager briefings to share quotas and rationale where needed.
  • Advises and contributes to sales teams on sales motions/strategies for opportunity management (e.g., up-sell, cross-sell, renewal, recapture).
  • Provides input on operationalizing prioritized sales plays and industry solutions.
  • Supports generating new business and accelerates the closing of existing opportunities.
