About The Role Role: Kitchen Designer / Sales Representative Here at Wren we handle everything ourselves—from a free home measure and design service, to manufacturing our kitchens in our state-of-the-art, 1 million sq. ft. factory in Pennsylvania, to delivering straight to our customers’ doors. You will play a vital role in helping our customers turn their kitchen dreams into reality, providing the best customer service every step of the Wren way. Approaching customers to promote the Wren brand, understanding their needs and generating leads and appointments. Using our state-of-the-art technology, you’ll help customers to design their dream kitchen, working with over 50 million possible combinations of colors, styles and cabinet sizes. Enjoy a generous starting salary of $18.85 per hour, complemented by unlimited earning potential through uncapped commissions, paving the way for an impressive OTE of $60-65K

Requirements

  • Enthusiasm and an eagerness to learn is vital
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week, with some weekend and evening working required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a similar industry is preferred
  • Used to working and thriving in a commission-based sales environment
