Sales/Service Agent
About The Position
Drive business growth by converting inbound leads into customers, upselling and upgrading services, and retaining existing accounts, while also coordinating and optimizing daily schedules for up to three pest control technicians. This role blends consultative sales, customer experience, and operational scheduling to maximize revenue, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience preferred
- Proficient computer and phone skills
- Excellent typing skills (at least 40 WPM)
- Ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check
Nice To Haves
- Background in telecommunications is highly preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Convert inbound calls, texts, chats, and emails into booked services and recurring plans
- Sell residential services and select commercial services that best fit the needs of the customer and company
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer plans through upgrades and added services
- Schedule and optimize routes for up to three technicians
- Support inbound estimate and scheduling queues
- Confirm appointments, adjust schedules as needed, and maintain route completion standards.
