About the Role This is a process-driven, detail-oriented role that sits at the foundation of our SMB sales engine. As a Sales Support Associate (SSA), you will ensure every inbound lead is accurately researched, routed, and documented, enabling the sales team to maximize speed-to-lead and conversion. You will serve as a gatekeeper for data integrity and lead assignment, collaborating closely with Sales, Operations, and Enablement. This is an on-site position based in our Phoenix, AZ office. Why This Role Matters You are the backbone of our sales operations, ensuring every lead is handled with speed and accuracy. Your work enables the sales team to focus on selling while you drive operational excellence and uphold data integrity across systems.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Dynamics 365, and lead routing tools such as LeanData.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • 0–2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or sales support roles.
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Intake & Routing Review and triage inbound leads missed by automated systems.
  • Assign leads to the appropriate Sales team based on readiness to buy, documentation status, and fleet size.
  • Route non-sales-related leads to Customer Success, Support, or Collections, as appropriate.
  • Data Quality & Administration Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead records in Dynamics 365.
  • Identify and merge duplicate records to support seamless sales operations.
  • Ensure all required CRM fields are completed prior to lead routing.
  • Process Adherence & Improvement Follow established playbooks and SOPs for lead research, assignment, and documentation.
  • Influence improvements to lead management processes and supporting technologies, including Dynamics 365 and LeanData.
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership and Operations to optimize lead flow and maintain data hygiene.
