Requirements

  • 2+ years of inside sales or sales support experience, with proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels of a client organization
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate our solutions, analytics, industry insights, and the TransUnion value proposition
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to navigate a matrixed environment and build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree (business-related field preferred) or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work remotely with occasional travel for key meetings or events as needed
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer support or sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding activities for new customers, including facilitating legal reviews, initiating InfoSec and Business Application processes, and managing meeting follow-ups
  • Coordinate logistics and resources for client-facing meetings, internal strategy discussions, and account planning sessions
  • Assist with event and conference preparation to ensure exceptional representation of TransUnion
  • Collaborate with Industry Executives to strengthen pipeline development efforts
  • Act as an advocate for prospective customers by understanding their business models, industry dynamics, and challenges—and translating these insights into meaningful engagements
  • Contribute to enhancements of sales tools and processes, including Salesforce
  • Partner with Client Executives to ensure smooth handoffs during account transitions
