Your Impact on Our Operations As a Sales Support Associate, you will be the driving force behind Operational Efficiency and Customer Satisfaction: Transactional Accuracy: Efficiently receive cash, check, and credit card payments while processing orders and pick tickets into invoices within the P21 system. Administrative Support: Provide essential assistance to the Branch and Operations Managers, including processing expense reports and managing office supplies. Workflow Management: Direct incoming calls and process customer inventory returns according to standard operating procedures. Data Integrity: Maintain precise customer and company records in P21 to ensure freedom from errors or omissions. What You Bring to Our Evansville Team (Essentials for Success) Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in an office administrative position is preferred. Skills/Mastery: High School diploma or GED equivalent; proficiency with Microsoft Office Products and P21. Operational Skills: Ability to reconcile discrepancies swiftly and interpret complex forms such as packing slips and transfer receipts. Leadership Traits: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain positive relations with both customers and fellow employees. Requirements: Physically able to sit for up to 8 hours per day and use hands/wrists repetitively for data entry.
