The Sales Trainer is responsible for designing and delivering high-impact sales training that improves seller productivity, accelerates time-to-revenue, and drives consistent execution of Zayo’s sales methodology . This role is highly cross-functional and execution-oriented. You will work closely with Sales Leadership, Product, Product Marketing, and Sales Operations teams to ensure training is practical, relevant, and directly tied to funnel creation, deal progression, and revenue outcomes. The successful candidate will be comfortable facilitating live training, coaching sellers, inspecting adoption, and continuously refining programs based on field feedback and performance data. Location: This hybrid work position will consider applicants in the Denver, Colorado metro area.
