The Senior Manager, Sales Training & Enablement is a strategic and hands-on role dedicated to elevating the skills, confidence, and commercial effectiveness of our Customer Success organization. This individual will design and deliver world-class enablement programs that empower Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and Customer Success Leaders (CSLs) to drive retention, expansion, and long-term customer value. You will serve as the primary enablement partner to the CS leadership team, translating business goals into targeted learning experiences—from onboarding and product fluency to advanced consultative selling, executive communication, and renewal negotiation skills. This role sits at the intersection of learning & development, revenue strategy, and customer success operations.
