About The Position

The Salesforce Solution Architect & Developer is responsible for both designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions. This role involves defining data models, security frameworks, and integration architectures to align with business objectives and IT strategy. This role requires proficiency across Salesforce clouds, enterprise architecture best practices, data migration, and interoperability using platforms such as MuleSoft and Salesforce Omni Studio.
Architects will work with external or internal clients to build a holistic view of the strategy, processes, information and information technology assets for their organization.
Description:
Create an individualized professional development plan.
Demonstrate technical thought leadership in Salesforce architecture and emerging Salesforce capabilities
Contribute to internal architecture standards, accelerators, and reusable assets tailored to government clients
Opportunities to gain experience with a variety of clients and industry verticals
Mentor architects and developers, fostering growth through communities of practice, architecture reviews, and knowledge sharing
Participate in technical pre-sales and scoping support for local government clients

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Salesforce development and architecture, with a strong understanding of Salesforce products and features.
• Experience with integration tools and techniques.
• Where required, perform hands-on application configuration (clicks not code) to meet customer needs.
• Assume end-to-end functional responsibility for all aspects of enterprise-level solution implementation, from initial requirements gathering to release.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Bachelor's Degree 8+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience accepted
