About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture, with deep knowledge of Salesforce products, features, and enterprise implementation.
  • Hands-on expertise in data modeling, security, integration tools, and techniques (e.g., MuleSoft, Salesforce Omni Studio).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Experience mentoring teams and providing thought leadership in architecture and solution delivery.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with clients and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds.
  • Define data models, security frameworks, and integration architectures to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal and external clients to create holistic views of their strategy, processes, and technology assets.
  • Contribute to internal architecture standards, reusable assets, and accelerators to improve efficiency.
  • Mentor and guide architects and developers through communities of practice, architecture reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Participate in technical pre-sales, solution scoping, and requirement gathering for enterprise-level projects.
  • Ensure solutions align with best practices for enterprise architecture, integration, and data management.
