We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Engineer to design, build, and maintain enterprise Salesforce solutions. This role requires a strong balance of development expertise, platform knowledge, and security-first thinking, with a particular emphasis on Salesforce Shield capabilities (Platform Encryption, Event Monitoring, Data Masking, and Data Classification). You will play a key role in delivering scalable, high-performing solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds while ensuring secure data handling, clean implementations, and alignment with architectural standards.

Requirements

3–6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Engineer / Developer
Strong hands-on experience with:
Apex, LWC, SOQL
Flows and declarative automation tools
Salesforce APIs and integrations
Experience with Salesforce Shield, including:
Platform Encryption
Event Monitoring
Exposure to Data Masking and Data Classification
Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and security model
Experience working in Agile environments with CI/CD practices

Nice To Haves

Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, etc.)
Experience in enterprise, multi-cloud Salesforce environments
Familiarity with DevOps tools (Git, Copado, Gearset, etc.)
Experience working closely with architecture and product teams

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows
Support implementation of data models, automation strategies, and application features
Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices
Contribute to CI/CD processes, deployments, and environment management
Build and maintain integrations using APIs and enterprise integration patterns
Implement and support Salesforce Shield, including:
Platform Encryption for protecting sensitive data
Event Monitoring for logging and audit visibility
Data Classification to support governance and compliance
Data Masking to protect data in non-production environments
Configure and maintain permission models, including permission sets, FLS, and sharing rules
Ensure secure handling of data across applications, integrations, and environments
Support security, compliance, and audit initiatives
