This role partners closely with business, compliance, and technology teams to translate complex requirements into scalable, well-documented Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, hands-on Salesforce functional knowledge, and proven experience working in Agile delivery environments within regulated or enterprise settings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, data analysis, or technical analysis
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce or CRM platforms, including understanding of: Configuration concepts Data structures and objects Workflows and automation Reporting and dashboards
  • Experience working in Agile environments using JIRA and Confluence
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator
  • Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
  • Experience in financial services or other regulated environments

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business, system, and data requirements and translate them into actionable Salesforce and CRM solutions
  • Partner with business, compliance, and technology stakeholders to document current and future-state processes
  • Develop and maintain detailed artifacts including user stories, process flows, data mappings, and functional specifications
  • Support Agile delivery by managing user stories, backlog refinement, sprint activities, and documentation using JIRA and Confluence
  • Identify opportunities for automation, workflow optimization, and system integration to improve operational efficiency
  • Validate solutions through UAT support, stakeholder walkthroughs, and release coordination
  • Present findings, recommendations, and solution designs to business and technical audiences
  • Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations and application states
  • Stay current with Salesforce platform features, best practices, and emerging technologies
