There's a seat at our table for you… Position Summary: Performs a variety of sanitation duties in different areas of the facility in accordance with accepted standards, regulations, and procedures. Some general building sanitation duties will also be required.

Requirements

Basic knowledge of sweep, empty trash containers, reclean and re-sanitize all food processing equipment.
Available to lift and push trash containers and empty vats.

Responsibilities

Adheres to food safety and safe work practices.
Cleans equipment if maintenance work needed during production time (Skinner, Ice Machine, etc).
Clean and sanitize all fish and lobster.
Clean and sanitize the shipping and receiving area.
Clean and sanitize the specialty room and the equipment within it.
Maintain a shipping and receiving area free of debris.
Clean all the drains over the shipping and receiving area.
Performs daily cleaning tasks such as tuna racks, ice vats, utility carts, etc.
Perform any other duties as required.
