Position Summary: The Sanitation position is a member of the manufacturing department.

Requirements

Ability to turn head to look right/left as well as up and down.
Ability to twist body at waist.
Ability to bend/squat/kneel.
Ability to grasp bottles.
Ability to reach with both arms.
Ability to stand for 8 hours during a shift minus breaks and lunch.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
A high school diploma or GED required/previous work experience.
Ability to read/write in English.
Good communication skills.
A demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement.
Personally invested in the success of the business.
Motivated, focused and accountable for results

Nice To Haves

Previous sanitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Wipe down all touch points to include door handles, stair rails, door-ways, walls control levers and knobs, countertops and surfaces, stainless steel covers and floors. (COVID-19 Preventative Measures)
Pick up all contaminants and garbage from floors.
Sanitize restrooms.
Check & fill hand sanitizer dispensers, hair nets, beard nets and ear protectors.
Empty trash cans and insert new liners.
Wash trash cans.
Remove all refuse from production area.
Follow plant GMPs at all times and ensure work area is secure and safe to perform required task.
Fill out checklists and duty list daily and weekly.
Clean and sanitize all restrooms and lunchrooms.
Vacuum and dust main offices.
All other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Work safely.
