The supervisor assists in the management of all Patient Scheduling Center operations. The Supervisor has primary responsibility for the daily management of all patient scheduling processing. This includes direction of staff in programmatic operations needed to assure compliance with quality standards and regulations established by the Medical Center. Customer satisfaction includes maintaining excellent customer satisfaction levels. The Supervisor will also assist in the development of job descriptions, postings, and hiring, as well as oversee the orientation and training of new staff assuring compliance with departmental policies and operations. As part of the ambulatory clinics, interacts with clinic managers to facilitate efficient communication and process coordination.
