About The Position
School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full Time | Lacey, WA | 2025–2026 School Year Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the rest of the 2025–2026 school year in Lacey, Washington. We’re a therapist-operated company that puts clinicians and students first. This is an in-person position. New to schools? No problem — we provide mentorship and support! Requirements
- Valid Washington State SLP license (or ability to obtain quickly)
- Washington ESA Certification required (or willingness to acquire)
Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language therapy services in a K–12 school setting
- Conduct evaluations and write reports
- Develop and implement IEP goals
- Collaborate with special education teams, educators, and families
- Complete documentation and progress monitoring in a timely manner
- Other duties as assigned
