About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Scientist to support discovery and development campaigns focused on next-generation biotherapies for serious unmet medical needs. The candidate will work within the immunology team, conducting in vitro, ex vivo, and in vivo immunoassays on a diverse array of biological drug candidates.

Requirements

  • You have a a minimum of a PhD degree in immunology or related field (must be conferred by June 2026) or a Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience or a Bachelors’ degree with 5+ years of experience.
  • Experience with in vitro cellular immunoassays is a must.
  • Experience with culture of primary, human immune cells is required.
  • Requires experience with routine immunological methods including, for example, flow cytometry, fluorospot, ELISA and immunoprecipitation.
  • Demonstrated in vivo murine model experience is required.
  • Experience with antigen-specific expansion of T cells, culture of dendritic cells, DC internalization assays, epitope mapping, and immunopeptidomics is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with high-throughput lab automation is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement immunological studies to support lead candidate selection.
  • Evaluate immune cell responses towards biotherapeutics using a variety of immunoassay techniques.
  • Execute immunological experiments to test hypotheses and support conclusions with analyzed data.
  • Contribute to immunogenicity assay platform development.
  • Engage with a cross-functional project team to collaboratively advance protein design and engineering efforts.
  • Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely records.
