We’re expanding our software organization and seeking a Scrum Master who can energize, guide, and support our Scrum teams as they build solutions that make a real difference in healthcare.

As a core member of our engineering group, you’ll help shape the team’s rhythm and effectiveness, foster collaboration, and ensure we are consistently delivering high‑quality software. You will be the champion of Agile principles, process clarity, and continuous improvement. You’ll also have the opportunity to shape processes, influence team dynamics, and elevate delivery excellence across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant Technical / Business role
• 2-5 years experience as a Scrum Master
• Experience serving as a dedicated Scrum Master for software development teams

Nice To Haves

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred
• Experience supporting multiple teams or participating in Scrum‑of‑Scrums preferred
• Background in software development, quality engineering, or technical project environments is beneficial

Responsibilities

• Lead daily standups and facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies
• Promote Agile best practices and ensure team alignment with Scrum principles
• Track and communicate team progress, velocity, and key performance metrics
• Partner closely with Product Owners and cross-functional stakeholders
• Help teams identify risks, remove impediments, and resolve issues quickly
