About The Position

Responsibilities Manages and optimises daily paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (Bing), ensuring strong performance, accurate tracking, and effective budget allocation Builds, launches, and scales Search campaigns, including keyword strategy, bid management, ad testing, and query expansion Tracks and improves key performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, CPC, impression share, and overall traffic quality Maintains well-structured and scalable account setups, including keywords, match types, negative keywords, RSAs, extensions, and landing pages Prepares clear and actionable performance reports, highlighting insights, key drivers, and recommended next steps Coordinates creative processes, including briefing, asset management, and implementation quality checks Supports retargeting and CRM-driven campaigns through audience segmentation, setup, and lifecycle-based messaging Assists with programmatic campaigns via Adform DSP, including audience handling, retargeting strategies, and frequency management Requirements Holds 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing or Media Buying (agency or in-house) Demonstrates strong experience with Google Search Ads and Microsoft Ads (Bing) Possesses a solid understanding of performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and CVR, with the ability to turn insights into actionable improvements Has experience with Adform DSP, particularly in retargeting, audience segmentation, and frequency control (preferred) Is familiar with Google Tag Manager, including QA, debugging, or implementation Is detail-oriented, organised, and reliable in managing budgets, tracking, and campaign execution Has professional-level English proficiency; German is considered an advantage What is Offered A varied and challenging role within a dynamic and fast-paced environment A supportive and successful team, based in a modern office Competitive salary aligned with experience and performance Office perks including lunches and snacks Health insurance plan and wellness benefits Hybrid working model Additional Information No visa sponsorship possible Minimum 1 year of experience with Google Ads Minimum 1 year of experience with Microsoft Ads (Bing)

Requirements

  • Holds 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing or Media Buying (agency or in-house)
  • Demonstrates strong experience with Google Search Ads and Microsoft Ads (Bing)
  • Possesses a solid understanding of performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and CVR, with the ability to turn insights into actionable improvements
  • Is familiar with Google Tag Manager, including QA, debugging, or implementation
  • Is detail-oriented, organised, and reliable in managing budgets, tracking, and campaign execution
  • Has professional-level English proficiency; German is considered an advantage
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with Google Ads
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with Microsoft Ads (Bing)

  • Has experience with Adform DSP, particularly in retargeting, audience segmentation, and frequency control (preferred)
