Requirements

• Must be at least 17 years old.
• Lifeguard, CPR/AED, and First Aid certifications required (or ability to obtain).
• Previous lifeguard experience required
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stay calm in emergency situations and work outdoors in summer conditions.

Nice To Haves

• leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist the Pool Manager with daily operations and supervision of pool staff.
• Enforce pool rules and ensure the safety of all patrons.
• Help train lifeguards, manage staff schedules, and respond to emergencies.
• Monitor water quality, assist with maintenance and cleanliness, and support programs, swim lessons, and special events.
• Handle customer service concerns, assist with cash handling, and maintain records and reports.
