We are seeking organized and customer-focused Seasonal Part-Time Event Staff to support competitive tennis events across the Mid-Atlantic region. This role assists with the administration and on-site execution of Adult League championships. Seasonal Part-Time Event Staff work closely with USTA/Mid-Atlantic staff to help deliver organized, welcoming, and high-quality event experiences for players, families, and guests. Key areas of responsibility include: Customer Service & Hospitality – Creates a welcoming and positive experience for players, families, and spectators by demonstrating professionalism, friendliness, and responsiveness. Organization & Attention to Detail – Supports event logistics such as player check-in, match coordination, and venue setup while ensuring courts, signage, and materials remain organized and accurate. Teamwork & Communication – Works collaboratively with staff, volunteers, vendors, and tournament directors while communicating clearly and responding quickly to event needs.
