About The Position

The Seasonal Hotel Operations Assistant plays a key role in supporting the broader Hotel Operations team during one of the busiest times of the year. In this role, the individual will work within our internal systems to generate hotel contracts for the 2028 season across more than 800 hotels worldwide. This position is a great fit for someone who can quickly learn new systems, has a strong attention to detail, and takes initiative to investigate inconsistencies, identify root causes and resolve issues.

Requirements

  • Strong skills and appreciation for systems, data entry and reporting.
  • You have an eye for detail
  • Curious, inquisitive, investigative: You dig in when you find inconsistencies, get to the root of them, fix them, and ask questions when you have them
  • Solid communication skills: You will be in close communication with internal teams and have strong written & verbal skills to express yourself clearly.
  • Ability to work with a team and independently: your work is collaborative but largely independent. You work effectively without a lot of support or structure.
  • You are organized, efficient and manage your time well to stay on track and meet internal deadlines.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience with Excel and/or Docusign is highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • You will generate contracts for 800+ hotel partners globally, which involves:
  • Auditing internal systems for accuracy
  • Data entry & correcting minor data entry errors in internal systems
  • Generating the document in the system
  • Reviewing contract content to identify & fix inaccuracies
