Dinner Show Server $11.50/hour + Tips Dinner Show Servers are at the forefront of creating WONDERful dining experiences for our guests! Dinner Show Servers are the face of the affair and ensure an amazing experience by preparing the dining area for showtime and fulfilling guests’ food and beverage orders throughout the show to maintain an entertaining atmosphere! Ensures all tables and seating areas are set properly and food items are prepped according to guest counts Greets newly seated guests in a timely manner with excellent customer service Takes and delivers alcohol, assorted beverages, and food orders to assigned tables Follows up with guests to ensure satisfaction; serves and replenishes beverages and food as necessary Anticipates guest needs, replenishes drink and food as needed Maintains dinner show room appearance through pre-bussing tables and cleaning floor surfaces Performs other duties as assigned Exhibits I/II $17/hr Our Exhibits Attendants positively interact with our guests and help spark their imagination by inviting them to enjoy exciting attractions like our Bed of Nails, Wonder Coaster, and Astronaut Training Gyroscope. Exhibits Attendants safely operate our thrilling rides while ensuring guests have a WONDERful experience! Welcome, greet, and engage with guests in the assigned area while answering questions and providing information as appropriate with a positive attitude Ensure each guest understands and meets all safety requirements, i.e. height and weight requirements Operate all exhibits in a safe manner Prolong periods of standing, stooping, bending, and walking to various areas of the attraction Act as a guide to the Laser Tag facility by explaining how the games work and the safety rules, demonstrating the function of the Laser Tag vest and gun, and preparing the guests for playtime Courteously respond to guest inquiries and comments by providing timely and accurate information about Laser Tag, arcade games, and other basement amenities Assist guests with arcade games Maintain the arcade prize counter for ticket redemption, ensuring redemption items remain stocked and organized Maintain exhibit appearance and cleanliness according to WonderWorks standards Perform other duties as assigned Admissions Attendant $17/hr Our Admissions Attendants are the first to interact with our guests as they welcome them into the adventure of the upside-down building. Admissions Attendants are an intrinsic part of positive ticket sale interactions including sharing valuable information with guests, setting the tone for the WONDERful experiences they have in store for them inside the attraction! Greet, welcome, and interact with all guests as they enter and exit the attraction Answer guest questions and offer assistance in a friendly manner that provides exceptional customer service Accurately process transactions through a point-of-sale system including proper cash handling in a high-volume environment Upsell guests on additional services offered at the point of sale including combo tickets, souvenir books, and ticketed shows if applicable Answer phones and courteously redirect calls to the appropriate department Maintain a clean and organized work environment Perform other duties as assigned Indoor Ropes Course Attendant $17/hr Our friendly Ropes Course Attendants help guests climb to new heights and conquer their fears on our multi-level ropes course! Ropes Course Attendants harness our guests, relay important safety information, and then get the guests started on their WONDERful adventure upwards! Greet and welcome all guests that enter the ropes course area Instruct, lead and supervise guests safely through the ropes course by following standard operating procedures Follow standard operating procedures and ensure that guests meet all height, weight, and clothing requirements Properly fit harnesses adhering to WonderWorks’ training and course manufacturer’s requirements Prolong standing, walking, balancing, stooping and climbing to various areas of the attraction Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, climb, balance, and lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
Observational skills and operational risk management skills to ensure safe practices and recognize guest needs

Our ideal candidate will be able to work any shift including nights, weekends, and holidays
must be available to work ANY shift time at least one weekend day (Saturday/Sunday)

Nice To Haves

Previous high ropes course, zipline, or climbing experience and themed entertainment experience is preferred
