We're looking for someone to take the lead on Tuli's community programming in Seattle so we can fully live out our mission. You'll build partnerships, execute unforgettable events, and grow a community that keeps coming back. This role reports directly to the CEO and works closely with our graphic designer and on-site lead. How your time breaks down: 40% Partnerships 45% Events 15% Community What You'll Do Partnerships (40%) Build and maintain a portfolio of active community partners: run clubs, yoga studios, hotels, nonprofits, coworking spaces, DJs, coffee carts, influencers, and more Pitch and ideate creative activations that bring real value to both sides Track and report on partnership impact so partners see the value of working with us Events (45%) Own the events calendar from concept to execution: logistics, vendors, scheduling, and on-site operations Secure and manage event sponsors and keep them coming back Be on-site for big events (evenings and weekends are part of the deal) Community (15%) Find creative ways to extend the Tuli community beyond the sauna Make Tuli a genuinely welcoming space for all backgrounds and identities Potentially own our Creator in Residence program (TBD) Who You Are Absurdly organized with systems that actually hold An over-communicator by nature: you send updates before being asked and your manager always knows what's going on A genuine team player who makes the people around you better and defaults to collaboration over silos Deeply independent: you run with a brief and come back with results 3 to 6 years of experience, but we care more about what you've owned than years on a resume. Someone who ran a 500-person student org and landed sponsors is more qualified than someone who only ever assisted. If you've got passion and hustle, please shoot your shot :) Background in events, partnerships, community building, or operations at a startup, small brand, or scrappy org (AKA we don't have a huge budget for events!) Mission-driven and genuinely excited about what Tuli is building Seattle-based or able to commute regularly Nice to have: you've been to Tuli and know what we're about firsthand. The Details Full-time W2, starting at $60,000 base salary with a bonus structure and eligible for overtime (details shared in interviews) Base compensation grows with the impact of your work Hybrid: in-person with the CEO 2 to 3 days per week, on-site for all events Flexible schedule required: evenings and weekends come with the territory Starts as contract-to-hire (style) for 3 months: we want to confirm the fit is great on both sides Room to build a team under you down the line
