Security Cooperation Program Analyst, Senior The Opportunity: Bring in-depth understanding and expertise to one or more aspects of service or joint missions, processes, and culture supporting security cooperation. Apply advanced consulting skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction and mentor and supervise team members, as needed.

Requirements

5+ years of experience supporting the Department of War (DoW)
3+ years of experience working Building Partner Capacity projects or cases
3+ years of experience working in maritime security, including maritime domain awareness
Experience working in foreign or international security, international cooperation, defense, or military affairs
Experience working with Socium, the SC database of record
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree

Nice To Haves

Experience in the Indo-Pacific region
Experience with DoW tools such as SeaVision
Experience with knowledge management and process improvement
Knowledge of USINDOPACOM policy and strategy
Knowledge of USINDOPACOM TCP/TCO, GCPs, OPLANs, CONPLANs, and Theater Security Cooperation Plans
Knowledge of security sector reform or defense and security capacity building, defense planning, military capability development, or foreign military sales
Master's degree in International Relations, International Security, International Development, Military Technology, Foreign Policy, Public Affairs, or Political Science
Defense Security Cooperation University (DSCU) Certifications such as SC Planning, Oversight, and Execution Management, SC Case Life Cycle Management, SC Execution Support Management, or SC Acquisition Management Basic or Intermediate Certification
