Join Allied Universal at a leading tech location where you will patrol assigned areas and complete regular vehicle and foot rounds to help identify and report security-related concerns. This is an unarmed, driving post requiring a valid driver’s license. You will stay highly visible, respond to calls for service, and support employees and visitors with clear communication and customer-focused assistance, backed by a caring, people-first team that acts with integrity.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1+ years of security experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by following site-specific procedures, access control requirements, and security-related policies.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of office areas, amenities, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor alarms, cameras, and other systems, and report unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and/or security-related issues through established communication channels.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including supporting evacuations, medical response coordination, and/or other emergency activities as directed.
• Complete detailed patrol logs, incident reports, and shift turnover notes, and coordinate with onsite teams and/or local responders when needed.
