As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a leading financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols and visible presence to help identify and report security-related concerns, support access control, and assist with incident response. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license. Bring strong customer service and clear communication while working with a team that is agile, reliable, innovative, caring, and guided by integrity. Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a financial services location.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas and/or perimeter points; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site management and/or emergency services as needed.
• Monitor access points and visitor traffic, verify identification and/or authorization when required, and help to deter unauthorized entry and suspicious activity.
• Document observations, patrol results, incidents and corrective actions in written reports and/or electronic logs, and communicate relevant updates to site leadership.
