As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a leading tech and media location, you will conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols, stay highly visible to help to deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns with calm, clear communication. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Security Experience ‐ 1+ Years.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and site personnel by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating timely updates to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of the facility, production areas, and building perimeter, adjusting patrol patterns based on activity levels and location requirements.
• Control access at designated entry points by monitoring visitor and vendor traffic, verifying credentials as required, and documenting entries and exits per site procedures.
• Complete detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, and observations, and use radios, phones, and other systems to coordinate response and escalate issues when appropriate.
