The Executive Protection Officer (EPO) role is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of members of the senior leadership team through professional, discreet, and proactive personal protection. This includes physical protection, risk-based planning, risk monitoring, secure mobility, residential security support, and coordination with internal and external partners in both domestic and international contexts. The EPO operates with discretion and professionalism in all environments, including corporate, residential, travel-related, and public-facing. The position demands the ability to work independently, assess threats in real time, and apply security best practices across diverse and sensitive contexts. The ideal candidate will combine operational discipline with situational adaptability and a high level of personal integrity. The EPO plays a key role in the company’s in-house executive protection model, working closely with Safety & Physical Security, Risk & Resilience function and vetted external providers when required. Functional reporting is to Head of Executive Protection, while the official line management remains with Head of Risk & Resilience.
