Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific access control procedures and supporting security-related protocols at a food and beverage location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and/or credentials, manage visitor processing, and document access activity according to post orders and location requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts, supervisors, and/or emergency personnel when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including building perimeters, gates, parking areas, and key access points, while reporting maintenance concerns, policy violations, and/or suspicious activity.
• Support shipping, receiving, and/or employee entry procedures as assigned, helping to deter unauthorized access and maintaining accurate logs, reports, and other required documentation.
