About The Position

As a Security Officer - Concierge Desk in Exeter, NH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Front Desk Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will be the first point of contact for employees, contractors, and visitors, helping to support a welcoming, professional environment. You will manage access control, check identification, maintain visitor logs, monitor cameras and alarms, and communicate clearly with site teams when issues arise. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by following site-specific access control procedures, verifying identification, and directing guests to the appropriate location.
• Monitor lobby and entry point activity using visitor management systems, phone, radio, and/or CCTV, and report irregular conditions per post orders.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate logs and records of visitor entries, deliveries, keys and/or badges issued, and security-related incidents, escalating concerns through the chain of command.
• Support manufacturing and industrial operations by coordinating with shipping and receiving for driver check-in, delivery documentation, and controlled access to restricted areas.
