You will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, support access control and badge checks, and communicate professionally with team members and site contacts. Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients at a logistics and distribution location by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting hazards, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations through required notification and documentation channels.
- Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of warehouses, dock areas, trailer yards, parking lots, and perimeter fencing to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify operational concerns.
- Control access at gates and/or entrances by verifying identification, logging visitors and contractors, directing deliveries to designated areas, and coordinating with site personnel for entry approvals.
- Monitor cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems; complete shift reports, incident reports, and patrol logs per post orders and Allied Universal requirements.
