You will monitor activity through established procedures, document incidents, and help promote a professional environment with integrity, teamwork, and a people-first approach. This is a driving post and requires a valid driver’s license.

Requirements

  • Security Experience ‐ 1+ Years.
  • Client Requires Proof of HS Diploma/GED.
  • 21+ Years of Age.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients, employees, patients, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a healthcare location.
  • Staff the front desk post to greet and direct visitors, manage check-in and check-out, issue temporary badges, and coordinate visitor access with authorized personnel.
  • Monitor alarms, CCTV, and/or other security-related systems from the front desk area, document observations, and report irregular activity according to site procedures.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical emergencies, disruptive behavior, and/or facility notifications, and communicate with on-site staff and responding agencies as needed.
  • Maintain accurate written reports and logs, including incident reports, shift activity summaries, and access control documentation, while supporting confidentiality expectations for a healthcare setting.
