As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a strong presence throughout an automotive location. In this primarily driving post, you will interact with staff and visitors, providing outstanding customer service while responding to situations as they arise. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter potential issues and identify unusual activity.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas within the automotive facility to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious behavior.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members while upholding Allied Universal standards.
Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, and/or maintenance needs according to site protocols.
Assist with access control procedures and verify credentials of individuals entering restricted areas within the location.
Support emergency preparedness and participate in drills or real incident response as directed by site policies.
