You will manage access control, greet residents and guests, verify credentials, issue passes, monitor cameras and alarms, and document incidents with clear communication. Requirements
- Have 1+ years of Security Experience.
- Be 21+ Years of Age.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to residents, guests, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the front desk.
- Monitor lobby activity and access points, help to deter unauthorized entry, and direct visitors to proper check-in and/or sign-in processes.
- Answer phones, greet arrivals, and maintain a professional front desk presence while documenting requests, concerns, and unusual activity.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and escalate to site leadership and/or emergency services as needed.
- Complete detailed reports and logs, including visitor entries, package deliveries, key access activity, and incident documentation per Allied Universal and site requirements.
