As a Front Desk Officer with Allied Universal at a leading healthcare location, you will be the welcoming first point of contact, supporting visitors, patients, and staff with clear communication and customer service. You will manage access, monitor entry activity, respond to security-related concerns, and document incidents with professionalism. Requirements

• Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, families, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the front desk of a healthcare location.
• Manage front desk access control by greeting and screening visitors, confirming appointments and/or authorization, issuing visitor passes, and directing individuals to the correct destination.
• Monitor lobby activity and security-related systems such as cameras, alarms, and communication devices, reporting unusual activity and/or maintenance concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications to clinical staff, facility leadership, and/or emergency responders as directed by post orders.
• Complete required documentation such as incident reports, visitor logs, and shift activity logs, and communicate relevant information during shift changes.
