As a Front Desk Officer in a commercial real estate location, you will welcome tenants and visitors, manage access, monitor cameras and alarms, document activity, and respond to security-related concerns with calm, clear communication. You will be a visible, professional presence that helps to deter incidents while supporting property operations. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, tenants, employees, and visitors at the front desk by following Allied Universal site-specific policies, access procedures, and security-related protocols.
• Manage access control activities including greeting and screening visitors, issuing visitor badges, maintaining visitor logs, and directing guests to the appropriate location.
• Monitor cameras, alarms, intercoms, and other building systems from the front desk and report unusual activity to the appropriate contacts to help to deter unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting emergency services when appropriate and assisting with building emergency response activities.
• Complete required documentation such as incident reports, shift logs, and pass-down communications, and coordinate information with property management and/or building staff as needed.
